A CPAP prescription is required for an AirTouch N30i. Cost and coverage vary by insurance provider and plan. After your doctor has provided you with a prescription, we recommend first contacting your insurance provider to learn more about what’s covered under your plan. Then you can find a CPAP equipment store near you.
The home medical equipment supplier – the store where you picked up your CPAP mask and machine – is responsible for providing you with ongoing clinical support, including answering any questions and helping you resolve any mask comfort or fitting issues that you may be experiencing. Getting used to a mask can be challenging and there may be a different mask option that will work better for your personal comfort needs, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

You should clean the cushion, elbow and short tube, and vent ring daily. The headgear and frame only require weekly cleaning. Facial oil and dirt can easily build up on your mask parts when they’re not cleaned properly, which can lead to skin irritation. The good news? Cleaning your mask doesn’t take long, so working it into your morning routine should be a breeze.
